The first stage, we have 3 categories for customization: lovely animal series, sweetheart series and bath fragrance series.
You can choose your favorite sponge color, fonts of signature and packaging
How to order:
Check the item you like and click “send order” button. After receiving the orders, we will contact you and send you an order confirmation within 3 days; the image of the customized product will be sent within 10 days for confirmation. Once the item is confirmed, we will send you the customized bath sponge.
Remarks:
- Please provide contact email address and phone number.
- Design and colors cannot be changed after order confirmation.
- There will be 5~8% tolerance on the finished hand-made products and around 5% of color difference from the pantone color.
- We can only provide the fonts available in our company for the signature.
- If you do not receive image of your customized sponge 10 days after the order confirmation, please contact us by phone (886) 2833-8635
